1. Video conference function
(1) Video system:
1. Images around the vehicle can be collected by the front and rear pan-tilt cameras and transmitted to the in-vehicle video switching equipment (matrix);
2. The in-vehicle hemispherical camera collects images inside the vehicle and transmits them to the in-vehicle video switching equipment (matrix);
3. Drones can collect video from distant or dangerous areas and transmit it back to the command vehicle;
4. The matrix can switch any local image or video image transmitted via video conference over the network to the in-vehicle display, or switch any local image to the video conference equipment and transmit it to the remote command post via the network.
(2) Audio system:
1. Audio signals collected by the in-vehicle microphone, remote audio signals collected by individual soldier backpacks, or audio signals transmitted via video conference terminals over the network can be routed through the in-vehicle audio switching equipment (matrix) to amplify any audio signal locally through the in-vehicle speakers or external speakers;
2. The audio signals collected locally (on the command vehicle) can be routed through the in-vehicle audio switching equipment (matrix) and transmitted to the remote command post via the video conference terminal. The above audio and video systems form the video conference system.
The video conference system of the command vehicle can transmit the 360-degree real-time situation of the rescue site to the internal display of the vehicle, and also transmit real-time signals from multiple sources such as drones and command offices.
2. Radio system:
The command vehicle is equipped with one 350M UHF vehicle-mounted station, which can perform networked communication with handheld radios or vehicle-mounted stations of other command vehicles.
3. 4G public network system:
The network system composed of 4G wireless routers and switches can realize data transmission through the public network.
4. Telephone system:
The command vehicle is equipped with one maritime satellite phone, which can directly make phone calls in areas not covered by public network base stations;
It is also equipped with one voice network gateway and telephones to realize communication in areas accessible to 4G or wired public networks;
5. Individual soldier communication system:
The command vehicle is equipped with a set of individual soldier systems, including individual soldier transceivers and individual soldier backpacks. At the rescue site, video and audio signals are collected through the individual soldier backpacks and transmitted wirelessly to the command vehicle; the in-vehicle audio signals can also be transmitted to the individual soldier backpacks for on-site remote command.
6. Centralized control subsystem:
Operations such as the rotation, magnification and zoom of the pan-tilt cameras, as well as the input and output switching of audio and video equipment can be carried out through handheld iPads, network protocol converters, wireless routers and customized central control software.
7. Satellite communication subsystem:
The satellite communication subsystem includes vehicle-mounted stations and ground stations, and can realize communication services when the public network is paralyzed in major disasters. When the public network is down, the command vehicle can flexibly establish a network connection with the ground station, and cooperate with the video conference system to realize functions such as command and remote conferences.
